“Familiar Stranger” is an original song inspired by the emotional depth of Persian music. A timeless classic by Hassan Shamaizadeh was one of the many musical memories that shaped my journey as a songwriter. It also reminds me of someone who was once a very special part of my life. This is not a translation or an adaptation, but my own interpretation of those emotions through contemporary Western music, carrying a Persian soul with the warmth of an Ibiza sunset.
